Assessment Tool

Evaluation software you can put on the user's network for a thorough understanding of their IT environment

Results & Review

Using an assessment tool allows us to gather the following information:

  • Disk & Memory Utilization: How well machines are functioning
  • BDR Sizing Calculation: How much data needs backed up and the appropriate size needed
  • Warranty Summary: Identify what is and is not covered; and make good recommendations to switch out hardware
  • Device Stabilization Requirements: Implemented to avoid potential future issues
    • Current Operating System
    • Correct Amount of RAM for Workstation, Laptop and Server
    • Enough Available Workspace
  • Software Inventory: List of all the different software being used
  • Device Inventory: Workstations, Laptops and Servers in the environment
  • Active Directory User List: Number of active users, non-active users who need removed for security, and password settings
