What if I forget my password?

If you can't remember your password, upon login you should have a self-selection option to click "Forgot your password?" Enter your email address and click the "Send reset email" button. Check your inbox for an email from info@collabrance.com that includes a temporary password.

Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and include lower and uppercase letters, a number, and a symbol.

(Note: Users must SETUP their password first and REGISTER their account before "Forgot my password" functionality works.)

 

How can I update my personal information?

Where do I submit an order form or request?

Click here and complete the form, attached your document and submit for our team to collect your next order!

 

What if I can't find what I'm looking for?

You can try the search icon and functionality at the top right of the window. If that doesn't work, we also have the Resource Library that holds almost all assets in one location for you to also search.
