Standard Service included in support fee
- NAS monitored 24 x 7 and remediated during business hours for the following issues:
- Sync failures
- Sync job warnings (Job has not run, no files changed, warning with notices)
- Recovery of individual files in the event they are lost, deleted, or corrupted
Elective Services available for additional fee
- Not Applicable
Service Provider Responsibilities
- Awareness of what is being stored and sync schedule
- Alerting Service Desk of changes to data storage needs
- Create all shares on the NAS for workgroup environments
Subscriber Responsibilities
- Awareness of where data is being stored
- Alerting Service Desk of changes to data storage needs
Technical Details
- In domain environments, ISCSI connection to the server is required.
- Capacity from 500gb to 60tb, multiple storage, processor, memory, SSD and networking configuration options available.
- All models have hot swap drive bays so upgrades may be done right in the field.
